It’s been a long(ish) time coming but our new menu is up, running, and now available online. Many of our popular menu items, such as our seafood fettuccine have remained the same while others, such as our calamari, have had a tweak, and still more are brand new. Head Chef Jayden Staley and his team have worked together and considered what customers have come to expect when dining at Yarragon Hotel.
Our selection of popular tasting plates has increased our range of starters with our popular croquettes and arancini now joined by items such as corn on the cob and sticky pork belly bites. Mains have also been expanded as we hit Autumn with items such as Confit of Duck Legs, Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder and Smoked Pork Hock Pappardelle accompanying traditional items such as Chicken Parmigiana, Brisket Burger and Fish and Chips.
The rise in dietary requirements has also lead to the team expanding the number of vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free options across all courses. Menu items have been developed from foods that are naturally gluten, dairy and meat free however we do note for serious allergy sufferers our kitchen is not allergen free. It is very helpful for people to advise any dietary requirements when booking or upon arrival to our floor staff. This ensures declared allergens are noted on orders when sent to the kitchen.
If you’d like to check out our new menu head to the menu page on this website or better still book in and come and see us some time!
